Clausell, Ed.D. an experienced, bilingual professional in the field of education, who brings years of experience and trained professional strengths and specialties to an effort to provide others with guidance, suggestions, support, and quality service. Dr. Clausell, a proud native of South Minneapolis, Minnesota, helps unique learners and aspiring leaders set and smash their academic, personal, and professional goals. Dr. Clausell's method to education and leadership development is rooted in ethics and lived-experiences, working together with her clients in collaboration to ensure continued development and access to future competitive success. 

Dr. Brittany N. Clausell Educational Services, LLC was founded by Dr. Brittany N. Clausell, Ed.D. in November 2020. "Doctora Brittany" as her beloved Spanish-speaking community calls her, was fed up with the high prices that low-income learners and novice career professionals could not afford to access during the height of the pandemic to keep their skills going during times of high transition, incertainty, and constant change. Thus,  Brittany N. Clausell Educational Services, was born!

Based on Doctora Brittany's research, detailed in her doctoral dissertation, three main elements of positive attitudes and successful behaviors are needed to be present when accessing a new level of success, whether academic, personal, or professional.

1. Rigorous Prepration: Being prepared helps create access to scailing to the top of the mountain. Coming in ready and staying ready helps to successfuly compete as well as it keeps skills sharp! Being prepared also helps to leverage better problem-solvers and ethical decision-makers across all types of organizations.

Having a high sense of "go-getterness" toward achieving a goal is needed to keep going past adversity and setback that everyone faces at some point in his/her life.
